I hosted a charity event that involved five different companies.

Why was it produced?

The assignment was to donate 60 bento boxes to the Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles.

What is it intended to show?

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility): It was intended to help with Wei-Chuan U.S.A.’s brand image, showing that they are a corporation that cares about societal issues.

• I wrote two press releases, one in English and one in Chinese.
• I designed graphics and invitations using adobe illustrator for the Wei-Chuan U.S.A, one of the largest corporations around the globe.
• I wrote acting scripts in collaboration with an influencer from New York.
• I assigned work to my team members on the day of the event
• I learned that when the team is small, you have to really go out to scavenge for any resources you can get.
